It took interviews with 7 contractors and over 2 months to find you. We met people who were happy to take our money, but not listen to us. We met contractors who weren't interested in taking the special needs of a hot-room yoga facility. Right away, your enthusiasm and attitude made us feel right at home. You designed our reception desk to custom-fit our needs, a detail that means a lot to us. The sub-contractors you brought in were great, and you were so up front about the costs that we felt we were always aware of what we were working with. You generously gave us a door to help reduce costs. The man who did the floors is an absolute artist; you designed our plumbing to meet future needs, even though we couldn't afford to complete the whole architect's design.
I think this story says it all: The night of our opening, some of the owners of competing studios came, and one of the people said to me,"The energy here is really good-you can feel it in the walls."
